Hen and Terry

The Autumn has definitely arrived – it is much colder and very blustery but we still need more rain.  We get heavy showers but the wind then evaporates all the moisture and the ground stays firm.  However, despite starting to get Winter coats, our horses look great and are progressing well with their fitness.  We hope to have some runners in about 2/3 weeks time.

At the moment we are busy organising our Open Day for SUNDAY.  The parade of horses is at 12 noon.  We have ample car parking space and there will be coffee etc plus Bacon Butties and sausages from the outside caterers from 10am onwards but the YARD will not be open until after the parade.  PLEASE NOTE THIS.  Dogs welcome on leads and plenty of big grass fields to walk them in.

At 2pm we have a Para Showjumping Demonstration by Susi Rogers-Hartley and her horse Seamus, and there will also be a dog agility display at 2.30pm.

LOOKING FORWARD to seeing as many of you as possible.

Entrance Fee £10 per person, Children under 16 free.  Profits to Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance.
